Squeeze Inn

I went to the Squeeze Inn's Galt, CA location. They make a great burger there. The signature burger is crafted by putting handfuls of shredded cheese on the patty while it is on the grill and placing a cover on it. Well - when the cheese melts it turns crispy where it touches the grill... Enough said.
